Assisting Business Rescue Practitioners with the administration burdens during the Business Rescue Process.
- Prepare and submit the COR 123.1 to CIPC with all supporting documents (company resolutions, affidavits, PI Scorecards).
- Prepare and submit the COR123.2 to CIPC.
- Circulate all Business Rescue Correspondence to all affected parties.
- Ensure the Business Rescue Practitioner follows the time line as stipulated in Chapter 6 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008.
- Maintain a database of all affected parties.

- Host all meetings during the Business Rescue Process and provide audio recordings and transcription of meetings.

Financial Services
Prepare financial forecasts and cashflow projections for the Business Rescue Plan.
- Launch investigations into the historic financial information of the company, focusing on the reason for distress and related parties.
- Prepare financial forecasts and cashflow projections for the Business Rescue Plan.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cashflow forecasts.
- Ensure the company remains SARS Compliant.
- Calculate the VAT Claw Back in terms of Section 22 of the Income Tax Act.
- Calculate Compromise Taxations payable.
- Drafting the Liquidation Scenario with supporting schedules.
- Create and maintain a Creditors claim register.
- Assist with the reconciliation of claims and liaising with creditors to obtain correct information to verify the claims.
HR Services
Assist with all employees related queries during the Business Rescue Process.
- Assist with the Employees Meeting and answers questions with regards to the Business Rescue Process.
- Assist with the retrenchment procures during a Business Rescue in terms of Section 89).
- Liaising with employees directly.
- Reviewing of employment contracts.
- Assist and review with Monthly payroll to ensure the payroll is correct and all fringe benefits are included.
- Calculate retrenchment calculations for Business Rescue and Liquidation purposes.
Support Services
Assisting current management and accounting staff with the Business Rescue Process.
- Assisting the Business Rescue Practitioners with the Business Rescue Process where support is required.
- Assisting current management and accounting staff with the Business Rescue Process.
- Assisting current accounting staff with the processing of the Business Rescue Transactions.
